Agreement
By installing CiteReady from the Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons, or using citeready.happycoders.in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the extension and stop using the site.
Licence
HappyCoders grants you a personal or commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use CiteReady to audit web pages. You may share the reports it produces, including with clients.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use CiteReady to scan sites in a way that breaks their terms or overloads their servers.
- Reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the extension as your own product.
- Use the extension or its reports to mislead others about what the score means.
A site scan reads at most 50 pages and only when you start it. You are responsible for the sites you choose to audit.
The audit and its score
Scores are estimates from CiteReady’s own audit model. They are not a ranking factor of any search engine or AI system and do not guarantee any outcome. See the disclaimer for the full statement.
Third-party services
Installation and updates are delivered through the Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add-ons, whose own terms also apply. CiteReady is not affiliated with Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic or Perplexity.
Intellectual property
The CiteReady name, logo, extension code and this website belong to HappyCoders. Reports you generate are yours.
No warranty
CiteReady is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HappyCoders is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including lost traffic, revenue or rankings — arising from your use of CiteReady or reliance on its reports.
Changes and termination
We may update the extension or these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You can stop using CiteReady at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.
